Adept at fostering inclusive, growth-oriented school cultures, with a strong track record in developing leadership pathways, extracurricular programs, and academic recovery systems. Strengths lie in innovation, discernment, and galvanizing communities around shared values.
Held key roles such as Head of Student Life at Yew Wah International Education Schools in Shanghai Gubei and Guangzhou, and founding Dean of High School, Dean of Student Activities, and Interim Director of Boarding at Basis International and Bilingual School of Chengdu.

She has studied and worked in China and overseas, obtaining a Master's degree in Sweden. She has a wide range of education-related qualifications, including IB certificates (PYP, MYP, and DP) and the Chinese National High School Teacher's Certificate. She joined ISA in 2014 and has been involved in the establishment and growth of a number of ISA schools. She has keen insight and event planning ability in marketing and admissions, and has effectively promoted ISA schools to keep leading in the international education market. She is also dedicated to building and maintaining open, honest, and interactive home-school communication.
